You will have the opportunity to participate in both in-house and on-site training. Apprentices will collaborate with teams that deliver innovative energy solutions and cutting-edge automation systems across various industries.
The Expected Outcome
Throughout the program, you will develop the practical and technical skills needed to excel in a field engineering environment. Key learning objectives include:

Installing, maintaining, and upgrading Schneider Electric products at customer sites.

Conducting equipment diagnostics and performing corrective maintenance.

Completing site risk assessments, technical reports, timesheets, and expense submissions promptly.

Supporting team workflow and time management to meet project deadlines.

Collaborating on projects and assignments that contribute to Schneider Electric’s broader business goals.
In addition to technical training, apprentices will gain exposure to Schneider Electric’s values and culture—building confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities that prepare them for long-term success in the engineering field.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the 2026 Apprenticeship Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher national diploma (HND) in electrical/electronic, mechanical, or mechatronic engineering.

Be a 2025 graduate or expect to graduate within the next six months.

Have achieved an academic classification of 1st Class Honours (GPA 3.90–4.00) or 2nd Class Upper Division (GPA 3.70–3.89).

Possess relevant internship or industrial training experience in engineering, field service, maintenance, or technical support.

Hold technical certifications or additional training in areas such as electrical safety, PLC programming, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, renewable energy systems, IoT, or smart systems (an added advantage).
