Duties of the Incumbent
As a captain waiter, you will take on a leadership role within the restaurant’s front-of-house team. Major Duties
1. Supervising the Waitstaff Team
In this role, you will guide and oversee a team of waiters to maintain consistent service standards. You’ll ensure that team members are carrying out their duties efficiently, following company policies, and representing the restaurant’s values.
2. Welcoming and Assisting Guests

Required Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Nationality: Open to candidates from Algeria, Morocco, Syria, and Lebanon
- Gender: Male candidates preferred
- Age Limit: 35 years old and below
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a waiter in the UAE
- Preferred Background: Experience in Arabic or fast-paced dining restaurants
- Cuisine Knowledge: Familiarity with Arabic and Mediterranean cuisine is considered an advantage
