- Grant Administrators (Level 05) – 7 posts Locations: Mount Fletcher (2 posts), Fort Beaufort (Middledrift), Idutywa, Graaff Reinet, Cofimvaba (Tsomo), Cala Salary: R228,321 – R268,960 per annum (excluding benefits)
What You’ll Need to Qualify
For the Administrative Officer role:
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) recognised by SAQA
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Computer literacy
- A valid driver’s licence
For the Grant Administrator roles:
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) recognised by SAQA in fields such as Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Social Sciences, Social Security, Law, or Information Technology
- Computer literacy
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Officer duties include providing broad administrative support, managing transport and logistics, assisting with HR and provisioning services, handling general operations, participating in asset management, and supervising junior staff.
Grant Administrators will focus on frontline service delivery: offering customer care for grant applicants, screening and capturing applications, maintaining beneficiary records, arranging medical bookings and assessments, delivering off-site services to communities, and scanning/batching documentation.
