Description of the NTT Toyota Program
The NTT Graduate and Apprenticeship Program Lead will manage the full lifecycle of both programs, from recruitment through to successful completion. This includes working closely with internal teams, dealership management, and external partners, including universities, colleges, technical institutions, and recruitment agencies.
By ensuring strong operational processes and meaningful stakeholder engagement, the Program Lead will help position NTT Toyota Eswatini as an employer of choice for emerging talent in the automotive and technical sectors.
Major Roles
The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities that require strong coordination, attention to detail, and a passion for people development. The apprenticeship will allow the incumbent to become an expert in the future. Key duties include:
- Leading the end-to-end coordination of Graduate Trainee and Apprenticeship Programs, including recruitment, onboarding, progress monitoring, and ongoing relationship management
- Conducting regular dealership visits to support trainees and apprentices while ensuring program alignment across all locations
- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, technical institutions, and recruitment agencies
- Managing SETA registrations, grant applications, and training cost recovery processes
- Overseeing SARS learnership claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions.
- Coordinating BEE and skills development initiatives in line with company strategy and legislative requirements
- Ensuring full compliance with BEE regulations, Employment Equity legislation, and the Labour Relations Act
- Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with both the Head Office and dealership management teams
