Description
Albert Learning is seeking an online English Language Trainer to deliver engaging, effective language training sessions to students. It is an opportunity to work with students from various age groups and countries, utilizing your language expertise to help them develop their language skills. In addition to conducting training sessions, you will also help develop and enhance our training courses and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive language training sessions, focusing on both spoken and written language skills, using video conferencing platforms.
- Create engaging lesson plans and materials that cater to students’ individual needs and expectations.
- Adapt teaching techniques and learning styles to each student’s skill level and learning preferences.
- Collaborate with the team to develop, evaluate, and enhance training courses, materials, and related services.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a neutral accent and natural fluency in the English language.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to students.
- Education Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on skills and experience) in the English language, literature, or any related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success.
(Note: Experience in teaching/training is not a prerequisite, but definitely a plus!)
Prerequisites
- Reliable computer with a webcam and headphones (desktop or laptop).
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 4 Mbps.
- Quiet and noise-free environment for effective communication.
- Well-lit room with a clear background.
- Backup internet connection for uninterrupted training sessions.
The work hours will be in accordance with the French Time Zone (GMT +2).
