We seek a Manager of Academy & Learning Strategy to lead the next phase of our learning ecosystem. Currently, education, thought leadership, and capacity-building efforts are spread across One Click LCA, SimaPro, and PRé Sustainability. Your role is to unify these efforts, provide clear direction, and position us as leaders in capacity building and EPD.

You will set the Academy’s strategy, define it, empower subject-matter experts, and create a unified approach to learning, thought leadership, and capacity building. Your work will equip practitioners and partners with the knowledge needed to decarbonize and advance our mission to make credible sustainability insights widely accessible. The Academy is central to our ecosystem, connecting One Click LCA, SimaPro, and PRé Sustainability. It provides a comprehensive learning environment where sustainability professionals access high-quality training, practical tools, and expert insights to develop skills in LCA, EPDs, broader sustainability methodologies, and capacity building.

This full-time, permanent position is remote and open to candidates based in Europe. You will do:

Strategy and planning

• Develop a cohesive strategy that supports the company’s vision and mission in thought leadership, education, and capacity building.
• Develop annual and quarterly plans aligned with adoption and ARR goals, supporting internal stakeholders’ KPIs. Success, Sales/BD, Consulting, Marketing, Product, and Academy Industry Education Experts.

Training program design and delivery

• Lead the deveLead development of a cohesive portfolio of learning programs targeting students, LCA practitioners, and customers. Effective onboarding pathways and maintain up-to-date training content for both internal and external use.
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

Platform ownership

• Own, manage, and optimize the digital Academy platform to deliver a seamless, engaging user experience in collaboration with Marketing. Maintain consistent structure and branding across all learning assets.

Growth and impact

• Collaborate with Marketing to boost enrollment and engagement through targeted campaigns.
• Track key metrics—such as new ARR growth, ARR expansion, reputation, certification completions, and onboarding success—and use insights to improve impact.

What you need:

Leadership and strategic vision

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align Customer Success, Consulting, Sales/BD, Marketing, and Product teams. Proven ability to translate long-term ambitions into clear short- and medium-term priorities, plans, and scalable learning solutions.

Program execution and collaboration

• Strong project management skills to deliver multiple initiatives on time and with high quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with education experts, subject-matter specialists, and commercial teams.

Content and learning expertise

• Strong foundational knowledge of LCA and sustainability, enabling you to ensure scientific accuracy, credibility, and relevance in all Academy programs.
• A genuine passion for learning and training, with the ability to transform complex technical content into engaging, effective learning experiences.

Digital And AI-enhanced Capabilities

• Familiarity with digital marketing to collaborate with Marketing in promoting Academy programs and boosting user engagement.
• Experience owning, managing, and implementing an online learning platform.
• Comfortable with using AI tools to enhance content creation, workflows, and the overall learning experience.
